I had just rented a full month with one of the biggest companies and needed one more day, but because of their rules, the robotic staff could not help keep the car for one more day. I had plenty of cash plus 2 debits. Because of the limits of the credit card, it was a no-go. Sooo as a result, I missed my job and was grounded for the weekend. KITANA Car rental had no issue with dealing with someone trying to build up credit. They also customized the contract in order to fit my budget. I'm glad to see that people are still out there and not just robots. Good price, no huge deposit and reliable luxurious vehicles. You can't beat that!! Thanks, KITANA!!
